The countries visited varied rather widely in plant protection capability, but there is a need on a priority basis. Many of the countries do not have the capability to attack their food crop protection problems at this time thus these recommandations are made to raise their capability, not only to solve problems themselves but to provide their own training on a self-perfectuating basis.
