From July 1982 though june 1987, a study was made of the evapotranspiration and microclimate at a low-level radioactive disposal site near sheffield, Bureau, County, Illinois. This report presents the theory methods, and results of a 2-year study of evapotranspiration and microclimate conducted at the low-level radioactive waste disposal site near sheffield, Illinois. Included is a description of the microclimate and estimates of evapotranspiration at the site for the period of data collection. Details on the microclimate are provided so that assumption inherent in each method used to estimate evapotranspiration may be fully undertood. Three different methods were used to estimate evapotranspiration : energy budget/Bowen ratio, aerodynamic profile, and water budget... |
